I know some companies give money, others give their employees paid time off to volunteer in the community, some adopt one or two charities to support. What is yours doing? And if it isn’t doing anything, why the hell not?

Many of the employees of my company buy Christmas gifts for poor children every year. Many also gather up staples for food baskets each fall holiday season and donate it to several poor families. Many of us barely make enough to stay even and we still do it regularly.
