What are good insurance companies for box trucks that are non-commercial?

J asked:

I bought a box truck to deliver some materials working for a company. They said that I needed commercial insurance to make the deliveries. I no longer work for the company and now just want regular insurance for the truck. I went to many insurance companies here in Jacksonville, FL and they all said that I needed commercial insurance. I want regular insurance because I am not going to be doing anything commercial wise.

Contact an independent agent who writes for multiple companies.
Unless you live in a rural area, all trucks are licensed commercial. Your insurance will be personal auto unless you are using the truck for commercial purposes. Talk to an agent. It’s his job to figure this out. Make him work for his commission!

Try getting an online insurance quote It’s free and generally hassle free.

    Hope it works out
