None that I am aware of. You can’t insure any animal unless it is livestock.

I never found any that I considered to be worth it. They all have so many exclusions or waiting periods or other BS that I really think it’s better (for me, anyway) to keep a chuck of change reserved in my account for ‘just in case’. I’m better off adding the $10 per month to their personal ‘just in case’ account!

Pet insurance can be tough to purchase, as it requires careful research before purchasing a policy.

Many pet parents think of it as being similar to human health insurance. It is actually different, pet insurance is more like car insurance. Pet insurance, depending on the company, can also have exclusions that many pet owners do not learn about until its too late. It is really important to research a policy before purchasing. There are actually several companies that will show up if you do a web search for “pet insurance”.

Be sure you spend some time learning some of the terms that are used so you are aware of the type of policy your purchasing.
